Okay, I’m not Julia Child. I don’t have any fantastic anecdotes to share about this recipe, so I’m just going to share the recipe. I will say that this is low-carb and Keto friendly, though. You’re welcome.
1 ½ cups of plain brewed coffee
¾ cup full fat, unsweetened coconut milk
1 ½ tablespoons of MCT oil (vanilla or plain)
1 ½ tablespoons of pumpkin puree
½ tablespoon of ghee, (or unsalted butter) softened
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of Golde Tumeric Tonic Blend
*Option of adding 1-2 tsp. xylitol or stevia
1) Using a hand mixer, cream together the pumpkin puree, MCT oil, ghee, Golde Tumeric Tonic, vanilla, and xylitol. The mixture will look like pumpkin pie filling.
2) Warm coconut milk in a saucepan on low heat
3) Using a hand mixer or blender, mix pumpkin base, coffee, and warm coconut milk together.
4) Pour into mugs and enjoy! You can add raw whipped cream on top if desired.
